People who work in stressful environments typically do something to help them alleviate stress. One thing that most people do would be to resort to smoking but that actually does more harm than good.
You see, the nicotine that you can find in tobacco is a vasoconstrictor, which means that it restricts your blood vessels from carrying blood to the different areas of your body. Instead of smoking, do something else that you enjoy.
Invest Time on Your Hobbies
