Women want to become the best versions of themselves. That is why they spend a lot of money just to make sure that they are beautiful in the eyes of the beholder.
That being said, breast implantation is one of the things that women get, especially if they do not have a big bust.
Back in the day, when women undergo breast augmentation, they are usually given some silicone implants, but it was found that there are a lot of side effects including skin irritation, uneven breast proportions, among many others.
Nowadays, surgeons make use of saline and cohesive silicone which eliminates some of the problems, though not all of them.
Stem Cells for Breast Augmentation
You probably know what stem cells can do. They help regenerate damaged tissue and heal them completely given enough time.
Well, there have been numerous applications of stem cells, one of which is the treatment and regeneration of the breast tissue that was affected by breast cancer.
That being said, scientists are aiming to make this commercially available in the UK. They just have to do some further testing to ensure its safety and efficacy.
So, how do we utilize stem cells for breast augmentation? Well, the way the Japanese scientists did it was to get some stem cells from the adipose tissue in the stomach. They remove enough stem cells and then they transplant it directly to the patient’s breast.
The patient would have to wait for a couple of months for the stem cells to do their thing. Typically, they have to wait for over 6 months, but the gradual increase is going to be noticeable as time passes.
Using stem cells rather than silicone breast implants are actually much better because it was found that the tissue that was created using the specialized cells feels exactly like the original breast tissue.
And, since the stem cells are acquired from stomach fat, it has an ancillary benefit of toning down the waist area because of this.
The use of stem cells for breast augmentation also prevents further surgical procedures and the hardening of the boobs that is present in silicone implants. The latter is due to the body’s defense mechanism reacting to the foreign matter and it is dealt with accordingly.
The only downside to this is that the stem cell breast augmentation procedure will not help with the firmness of the breast nor will it help lift it. But, it is still an enticing option knowing that it actually mimics the feeling of the real thing.
Japanese scientists were the first to discover that it is possible for stem cells to augment women’s breasts. However, this is still not fully commercialized in any parts of the world because it needs further testing to make sure that the procedure is safe to do without any side effects.
That being said, do not expect this treatment to cheap. As it stands, it might cost anyone from $7000-$10000 so be sure to prepare the money if you’re considering to get this type of breast augmentation.
